Mobil Plastic Spa, with registered office in Confienza (PV), Via Robbio, 31, in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), hereby informs you that said legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing shall be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and rights.

Purposes of processing and legal basis of the processing
Personal data may be processed by Mobil Plastic Spa for the following purposes:

To allow the User access to the Website, for purposes strictly connected with the provision of Mobil Plastic Spa’s services;

To send communications and information regarding our activities. User information is also used to provide a response when the user contacts us;

To ascertain and verify liability in the event of computer crimes against the Website or third parties.

The following categories of personal data are processed:

Processing is mainly carried out by the internal organization of the company under the direction and control of the Data Controller and, for the purposes indicated above, also by third parties. Data will be stored in a form that permits identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are collected and processed.
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
Without prejudice to disclosures required by law, all collected and processed data may be disclosed, for the purposes indicated above, to:

The updated list of recipients is available upon request at Mobil Plastic Spa’s offices. Personal data shall not, in any case, be subject to dissemination.
Transfer of data abroad
Should Mobil Plastic Spa intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization, it shall integrate existing procedures in order to comply with the provisions of Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The transfer of data abroad is permitted if the European Commission has decided that the third country, territory, one or more specific sectors within that third country, or the international organization in question ensures an adequate level of protection.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the EU Regulation, namely: the right of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing, as set out in detail at the end of this privacy notice.

Complaint to the Data Protection Authority
Pursuant to Article 77, the data subject who believes that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this Regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority, which can be contacted via the website http://www.garanteprivacy.it/.
