NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
(no. 2016/679, so-called GDPR)
Mobil Plastic Spa, with registered office in Confienza (PV), Via Robbio, 31, in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of their personal data and that such processing will be based on the rights of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.

The data may be processed by Mobil Plastic Spa for the following purposes:
- To allow the User access to the Site, for purposes strictly related to the provision of Mobil Plastic Spa services;
- To send communications, information about our business. We also use your information to provide you with a response when you contact us.
- To ascertain and verify liability in the event of computer crimes against the Site or third parties.

Details of the personal data processed are set out below:
- Contact Data: This data is requested when registering with the Site, including by means of computer tools and procedures
- Browsing Data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
- Cookies: The Site makes use of cookies as better specified in the specific information on the site.

Data processing is carried out with or without the aid of electronic or, in any case, automated, computerised or telematic instruments, with logic strictly related to the purposes expressed above. The data will be processed lawfully and fairly and, in any case, in accordance with the aforementioned legislation, using instruments that guarantee security and confidentiality, and may also be processed using automated instruments designed to store, manage and transmit the data. The processing will be carried out, primarily by the company's internal organisation under the direction and control of the Data Controller and for the purposes indicated above, also by third parties. The data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and processed

Without prejudice to communications carried out in fulfilment of legal obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated for the purposes indicated above to
- Third parties entrusted by Mobil Plastic Spa with the execution of directly connected or instrumental activities

- Subjects belonging to our sales network;

- Subjects who may become aware of the data, in their capacity as "managers" or "appointees" of Mobil Plastic Spa, such as personnel belonging to the administrative, commercial, production, technical and IT departments.

- The updated list of the subjects to whom the data are communicated is available, upon request by the User at the offices of Mobil Plastic Spa. Personal data will not, in any case, be disclosed.

Transfer abroad of data
If Mobil Plastic Spa intends to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organisation, it will have to integrate the existing procedures in order to comply with the provisions of Chapter V of EU Regulation 2016/679. The transfer of data abroad is permissible if the Commission has decided that the third country, a territory or one or more specific sectors within the third country, or the international organisation in question ensure an adequate level of protection.
 
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may assert the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation, i.e. the right of access, the right to rectification and the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") of the data, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, which are set out for the sake of transparency at the foot of this notice.
